Step = Day, but I’m catching up!
Step 1 define the Habit. DONE
Step 2: Shrink the Habit DONE
Step 3: Schedule the Habit DONE
Step 4: Start the Chain DONE
Step 5: Create a Trigger DONE
Step 6: Create a Reward – In process. I’m not good at rewards. I’m quite indulgent, and tend to say I don’t want anything. But it is because of the indulgence and impulsivity. Since spell check didn’t like the word impulsivity I looked it up to make sure I wasn’t making up words…
Impulsivity (or impulsiveness) is a multifactorial construct that involves a tendency to act on a whim, displaying behavior characterized by little or no forethought, reflection, or consideration of the consequences.
I think I can honestly say success will be its own reward. Seeing the repeating behavior continue, the chain not break will have to be my reward for now.
Step 7: Set a weekly review – DONE
